Lige nu søger vi en Head of Technical Performance, hvis primære opgave bliver at overvåge og udvikle vores spillestil. I tæt samarbejde med vores sportschef og talentchef vil du arbejde for at sikre klubbens langsigtede mål for spillestilen samt strategien og implementeringen af den overordnede fodboldfilosofi på tværs af både A-holdet og talentsektoren.
Du vil være ansvarlig for at holde spillestilen opdateret med fokus på nye trends og innovation inden for spillestil. Du bliver en central samarbejdspartner for klubbens trænerstab og sikrer løbende dialog om spillestil, træningsmetoder og spillerudvikling.
I denne stilling vil dine opgaver bl.a. omfatte:
- Udvikle, beskrive og videodokumentere klubbens overordnede spillestil.
- Være anker for spillestilen i klubben og sikre implementeringen af spillestilen både på førsteholdet og talentsektoren.
- Arbejde tæt sammen med Head of Analysis for at udvikle en strategi for brug af fodbolddata og -analyse i klubben, herunder fastsættelse af KPI’er for spillestilen.
- Observere både træning og kampe for at sikre sammenhæng mellem spillestilen og den daglige træningsmetodik samt kampudførelse.
- Evaluere implementeringen af klubbens spillestil i praksis og give feedback til trænere og spillere.
- Være medansvarlig for udviklingsplaner for spillerne i samarbejde med trænerstaben for at sikre, at hver spillers udviklingspotentiale bliver realiseret.
Vi søger en person, som:
- Er specialist inden for spillestil.
- Har arbejdet med KPI’er for spillestil på et vist niveau.
- Kan drive processer og arbejde selvstændigt.
- Har solide IT-færdigheder og stærke datakompetencer.
- Taler og skriver flydende engelsk.
Derudover er det en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med træningsmetodik, periodisering og coaching.

VFF is looking for a Head of Technical Performance
At Viborg FF, the collective and team spirit is in our DNA – both on and off the pitch, we are aware that our greatest strength lies in the fact that we work as a team. Right now, we are looking for a Head of Technical Performance, whose main task will be to monitor and develop our style of play. In close collaboration with the Head of Football and Head of Academy you will work to ensure the club’s long-term goals for the style of play as well as the strategy and implementation of the overall football philosophy across both our a-squad and academy.
You will be responsible for keeping the style of play updated, focusing on new trends and innovation within the style of play. You will be a central partner for the club’s coaching staff and ensure ongoing dialogue regarding style of play, training methods and player development.
In this position, your tasks will, among other things, include:
- Develop, describe, and video-document the club’s overall Style of Play.
- Be the style of play anchor in the club and ensure the implementation of the style of play at both the First Team and at Academy level.
- Work closely with the Head of analysis to develop a strategy for using football data and analysis in the club, including setting KPIs for the Style of Play.
- Observe both training sessions and matches to ensure consistency between the Style of Play and the daily training methodology and match execution.
- Evaluate the implementation of the club’s Style of Play in practice and provide feedback to coaches and players.
- Be co-responsible for development plans for players in collaboration with the coaching staff to ensure that each player’s development potential is fulfilled.
We are looking for a person who:
- Is a Style of play-specialist
- Has worked with Style of play-KPIs at a certain level
- Can drive processes and work independently
- Has solid IT-abilities and strong data capabilities
In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with training methodology, periodization and coaching.
